Terms and Conditions of Affinity Classics


Affinity Classics’ ability to create Business Chairs (benefits, incentives, and awards), College Chairs, Chairs for Charities, Chairs for Hospitals, and Chairs for Stewardship will be determined solely by Affinity Classics depending on whether the Client Organizations and Businesses (Customers) are legal entities; the complexity of the logos; size of logos; extent of text; number of colors; legality of the requested logos relative to federal, state, and local laws; the cost of materials; each entity’s willingness to accept the cost of developing logo art; and each entity’s acceptance of the quote by Affinity Classics.

Each Customer, not Affinity Classics, will be responsible for complying with all applicable United States laws, rules and regulations relating to logo art and text.  Customer, and not Affinity Classics, is entirely responsible for all information, data, text, graphics, or other content, as applicable.  Affinity Classics may refuse to produce products for Customer if the event that Customer requests content that  (a.) is misleading to others; (b.) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, harmful, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable; (c.) infringes or violates any party’s patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right; (d.) impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresent Customer’s affiliation with any person or entity; intentionally omit, delete, forge, or falsify information in order to disguise the origin of content; (e.) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals; (f.) disclose any personal or private information or images about children or any third party without their express written consent (or a parent’s express written consent in the case of a minor), or engage in any activities that would violate the personal privacy rights of others.  Customer may not resell or distribute the products of Affinity Classics as a course of business (regular or otherwise) without express written permission of Affinity Classics.  Affinity Classics may immediately terminate Customer’s account and/or refuse any and all products in the event Affinity Classics reasonably concludes that Customer is or may be in breach of any of the above, listed rules of Customer conduct.
