Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Affinity Classics LLC is a manufacturer of college chairs and recognition furniture, that sells furniture through authorized retailers and retail websites throughout the United States.   By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.  Affinity Classics requires payment at the time of order and accepts major credit cards.  Affinity Classics LLC carries many of the products displayed on AffinityClassics.com (“Website”).  In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our website may be available through authorized retailers and also may be discontinued at any time.   Affinity Classics LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors,  inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  In such an event, if your credit card has already been charged for the  purchase and your order is cancelled, Affinity Classics  LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.  In the Website, we have referenced materials and manufacturing techniques in general terms.  We may vary wood species, product compositions, and finishes at any time.   Final product composition may vary in specie, finish, color, finish, dimensions, fabrics, and other attributes.  The total order amount including tax, freight, and handling will be charged to your credit card or gift card in full amount when the order is placed with Affinity Classics LLC or its authorized representative.

Cancellation of Order

We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or personalized product after 72 hours of placing the order.  For all other items, we will accept a cancellation for full refund if the item has not entered production and has not been shipped.  If the item has been shipped or entered production, the following return policy must be followed.   To cancel an order, please contact Affinity Classics LLC at 866.748.2230 or Sales@AffinityClassics.com.   If the item has not entered production and has not been shipped, we will credit the full amount paid to the original credit card or gift card.   If paid by check, we will return the original check or issue a corresponding check.

Variation to Order

Affinity Classics LLC reserves the right to increase a quoted fee and invoice the customer accordingly in the event that the customer requests a variation to the products to be delivered, work agreed, desired delivery time, or delivery method.

Warranties

If your Affinity Classics product is received in damaged or defective condition or it reveals a manufacturing defect, it is covered by the Affinity Classics Limited Warranty.

Return Procedure:   Items Shipped by FEDEX

Contact Affinity Classics LLC and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email in order to facilitate a return.  Return the product along with the completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via an insured parcel company within ten(10) days of receiving  the product.   Repack the item carefully in the original packaging materials.  Use the Return Shipping Label attached to the RMA Form.  If you are missing an RMA form, call Affinity Classics at 866.748.2230.  Retain a copy of the RMA form for your record.  We cannot accept returns  that do not include a completed RMA form or items returned after ten(10) days of receipt.  We cannot accept any returns of custom products, custom artwork, or personalized products.   Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.  If you have received a damaged, defective, or incomplete item, your warranty service will be in effect, and you will not be charged.   However, you are responsible to make every effort to return the product in good condition without causing additional damage including returning items in the original shipping cartons with the original packing materials.  Your product will be inspected upon return to Affinity Classics.  A return handling charge of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.  A credit will be issued to the original credit card or gift card used for the purchase within fifteen (15) days from when the item has been received at Affinity Classics’ Distribution Center.   Your refund will be credited to your credit card in your next two billing cycles.  Customers who paid by check will receive refunds by check.

Delivery Process

The estimated delivery date is an estimate of the approximate date when your product will be delivered.  This date is subject to change.  Affinity Classics LLC will endeavor to inform you of the ordered items’ progress in delivery and provide current FEDEX tracking information.

Affinity Classics LLC normally ships via FEDEX Ground and FEDEX Home Delivery.  Because of the nature of collegiate products (products representing hundreds of different colleges), not all products are carried in inventory.  Products will be placed into production as soon as 72 hours after an order.  New artwork (of new colleges) may add from two to four weeks to delivery dates.  Therefore, we caution customers to expect 4-10 weeks for delivery.

If the delivery is not accepted, a minimum re-delivery fee may be charged to your credit card or gift card.   A second and third attempt will be scheduled and made.  Additional storage fees and delivery charges may be required.   If the delivery is ultimately refused, Affinity Classics LLC will charge a final 20% of product price to your credit card or gift card.  Customers who paid by check will be invoiced for the 20% charge for refusing a delivery.

Confidentiality

Both Affinity and customer shall maintain strict confidence and shall not disclose to any third party any information or material relating to the other or the other’s business which comes into that party’s possession and shall not use such information and material without written permission by the other party.   This provision shall not, however, apply to information or material which is, or becomes, public knowledge by means other than by breach by a party to this clause.

Force Majeure   

Affinity Classics LLC will not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage suffered by the Client as a direct result of Affinity Classics LLC or its sub-contractors from whom the product or sample or other service or material is derived being unable to perform services or deliver product in the way agreed by reason of cause beyond its control including Act of God, accident, war, riot, lockout, strike, flood, fire, power failure, breakdown of plant or machinery, delay in transit, postal delay, or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance.

Legal Requirements

Affinity Classics LLC may update the above terms and conditions at any time and without notice.  Therefore, you should review these terms and conditions before purchasing products from Affinity Classics LLC.  Any legal action against Affinity Classics LLC or Affinity Classics.com must be brought to District Court in Montrose County, State of Colorado or Federal Court in the State of Colorado.
